I'm a little off on my dates. This should actually be week 3, but I'm a week behind, so I'll just say it's week 2.
I have worked out pretty much every day, except this weekend. I had 3 days off and today I was looking forward to working out. I feel so much better too. My routine has been 30-40 mins. on the elliptical machine, and then 20 minutes of various machines.
So far I have lost about 2 lbs. Not bad. I have been trying to still cut back on the Dr Pepper addiction. I did really good with it last week, and over the weekend I got off track.
I'm also trying to change my attitude about eating, and so I'm trying to think "Eat to Live, NOT Live to Eat".
So far so good......
