Looking Fine by '09-Week 2

I'm a little off on my dates. This should actually be week 3, but I'm a week behind, so I'll just say it's week 2.

I have worked out pretty much every day, except this weekend. I had 3 days off and today I was looking forward to working out. I feel so much better too. My routine has been 30-40 mins. on the elliptical machine, and then 20 minutes of various machines.

So far I have lost about 2 lbs. Not bad. I have been trying to still cut back on the Dr Pepper addiction. I did really good with it last week, and over the weekend I got off track.

I'm also trying to change my attitude about eating, and so I'm trying to think "Eat to Live, NOT Live to Eat".

So far so good......

  1. Your doing great!! Congrats on shedding two lbs. I gained this week due to bad choices and all the dern halloween candy.. Damn them! :o) I hear ya on the dr.pepper.. Mine is called starbucks and mountain dew!

  4. Sounds like you are on the right track. I'm not a Dr. Pepper person, but I hear the diet is just as good...good job! Keep it up.
